2. Any untruth or dishonesty information will be considered as an act to defraud Camfin Lending Inc. and may be a ground for my/our loan application to be disapproved and if our loan has been granted, the termination will apply without prejudice.
3. It is the right of Camfin Lending Inc. to approve & disapprove my/our loan application. In the event that our loan application has been disapproved, Camfin Lending Inc is not responsible in providing me/us the reason of disapproval.
4. All documents and data acquired by Camfin Lending Inc. in relation to my/our Loan Application shall stay and ownership of Camfin Lending Inc.
5. I/We may receive updates on the status of our Loan Application via text/SMS and email or other means of communication consider by Camfin Lending Inc.
