1. Monitors the Collections of all types of account
2. Conducts Past-due Remedies by locating and notifying clients with delinquent accounts thru mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment.
3. Keeps records of all collections and status of accounts.
4. Performs other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, or any business-related course.
• Minimum of 6 months work experience in financing, lending, or banking.
• Knowledgeable in Remedial, Restructuring of accounts, and Skip Tracing.

Overview: The Credit Analyst will perform/conduct credit analysis inspection of properties offered as collateral and verification on prospective clients. He will be handling the preparation of appraisal reports and credit investigation reports.

We are looking for a reliable Accounting Manager to join our team! As an Accounting Manager, you will supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. In addition, you will be establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure all accounting-related records are accurate and up-to-date

Performs accounting requirements such as reconciliations, variance reports and revenue analyzation.

Prepares computation of all business income tax and other related tax.

Prepares Financial Report.

Responsible for creating controls to avoid and/or minimize operating costs

Creates, review, and revise department policies, procedures and guidelines

Prepares management reports. Complies with company policies and procedures.

Monitoring of weekly expenses (budgeting, accounts payable.

Maintain and update Monthly Cash Position/bank reconciliation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.

Preferably CPA but not required

Knowledgeable of current taxation in the industry

With 3-4 years of Managerial experience specializing in Accounting

Proficient in MS Office Applications

Systematic and detail-oriented
